Invention Idea Assessments

Do you have an idea for an invention?  Are you wondering what to do next?

The FIRST STEP is always to critically evaluate the commercial potential and feasibility of your idea.  In my book, "Secrets of Millionaire Inventors," the evaluation process is explained step by step.

Part of that process is to receive at least one third-party expert assessment from someone who is capable, objective, experienced and completely trustworthy.

I am your ideal provider of invention idea assessments.

The initial assessment is also a critical part of reducing the risk of innovation.

And, it's amazingly easy to do, in just three simple steps:

Step 1.  Click here to pay the $149 assessment fee.

Step 2.  You will receive a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a questionnaire for you to complete. (Make sure your payment receipt contains your current email address.)  You may also contact me to advise me of your preferred contact details.

Step 3.  After completing and returning the NDA and questionnaire, you will shortly receive a confidential report on the technical and commercial potential of your invention idea, along with tips, hints and suggestions for what to do next. BONUS: You will also receive an electronic version of the book, "Secrets of Millionaire Inventors."  (available October 2010)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What about patents?

A: Patents usually require that the idea has had no prior public disclosure.  Seeking specialist assistance from a patent attorney or an innovation guru is not a public disclosure.  Therefore receiving a confidential assessment does not impact the future patentability of the idea.

The dated assessment report may even be useful as proof of priority date should the patent be challenged, or if challenging another patent.

Q: Will my idea remain confidential?

A: Yes.  Absolutely yes.  You and I will enter into a non-disclosure agreement that prevents me from giving any information about your idea to any other person. I am also required to take whatever measures necessary to prevent others from gaining access to the information in my possession.  More importantly, I am ethically committed to making sure you retain any legal rights you may have to your idea.

Q:  What is the value of having this assessment done?

A:  You wouldn't dare buy a used car without having a mechanic look it over.  You wouldn't dream of buying a house without having it inspected by a competent professional.  But many inventors run right out and spend tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars on an idea without asking the right questions first.

This results in a lot of inventors losing a lot of money, and spending time on an idea that perhaps was not worthy of the effort.  They could have invested their time and money in something with a better chance of making a difference in the world.

And if the idea is a good one, the assessment gives the inventor valuable advice on what his or her next steps need to be.  Many inventors never move forward simply because they don't know what to do next.  That is an even bigger tragedy than going after the wrong idea!

A timely invention idea assessment and expert evaluation can be worth literally millions.  Don't delay: other people may be having the same idea as you!
